Many of my favorite bloggers have decided to "Go Primal" which is a 30 health challange over form Mark's Daily Apple. Me? i don't think i'll go for it, i simply love bread and wheat too much. Which brings top explain about their diet, it contains a lot of nutrient dense veggies, meat, healthy oils, some low sugar fruits, and a big eliminationg of grains. So to help them out, heres a tasty and refreshing recipe that i believe is primal fitting.

Its hot, not surprising considering it is summer in the northern hemisphere (I know I have some aussies reading this, so I guess you folks are bundling up with your hot chocolate or soup). And nothing makes me forget the extreme heat and accentuate my love of summer than ice cream.
I should be more patriotic, given that i am the one and only living American citizen in my family (my dad has been living in the states for over 30 years, legally of course, but he hasn't warmed up to the idea of pledging and all that...). Anyhow, I am sorry to admit I had an unfulfilling 4th.
I know, this not a food product but i came across this very "on-acid" food show (i guess a cross between sesame street, emeril, and pee-wees playhouse). Its hilarious! i couldn't stop laughing when yolk'o'ono called in complaining about taking pictures of elbows! you'll understand once you see it! Not sure if I'd show this too kids, it might scare them, or maybe its a good way to get them to eat their eggs!

Gum is such a complex item. Some people are addicts. they buy huge costco sized packs and if they arent eating or drinking, they are chewing gum (i hope they take it our if they go to the gym!
